The products establishes connection between client user interfaces (CUI) and multiple different systems events and database. It lets users request data from different systems and databases, and presents on the CUI as a single system. The user is also able to send data and control command back to different applications as operating on a single system.
The DVIS Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is an enterprise-class software management platform that supports a fully integrated facility systems configuration for all administration, management and monitoring and control of all sub-systems related I/O across a dedicated and secure Integrated Communications Network (ICN). The FMS cover all events logging and reporting functions, audit tracking of events and alarms, scenario linking of data across all systems, etc., and links to external communication systems and devices, in support of all required operation relating to Facilities Management; Building Services Management; Security Management; etc. to enable an effective and fully integrated systems wide operation using a single sourced “state of the art” client interface and “Middleware” software platform.
The DVIS Facility Incident Management system (FIMS) features customizable access control levels for operator administrator and supervisor privileges. It enables overall analysis with trending reports, correlation and real-time graphs - including reports on DV15 Statistics, Incidents, Network Hosts and Facility Services and DVIS server operation and Health. The DVIS FIMS provide an additional incident management capability over the DVIS FMS functional operations. This module is an exceptional management “tool”, provided to maximize the efficiencies and effectiveness of the incident response activities and power dispatch resulting from various alarms and/or events detected and initiated by the FMS, and it’s associated sub-systems as configured on the ICN network and/or via the cloud database.
The DVIS Premium Middleware (PM) is a hierarchical multi-level middleware which support multiple middleware including corporate operation, service and facility middleware under a single interface. The DVIS PM provides a scalable, policy-based operational model, it enables straight forward management of large scale operation and support deployments. A typical network-wide DVIS PM deployment consists of stakeholder web client, a centralized PM and multiple middleware. The DVIS PM self-definable dashboard interface provides at-a-glance monitors, with launch capabilities into the targeted management applications that provide international protocol command and control of multiple systems via DVIS PM. Stakeholders may include a wide variety of professional services personnel including, but not limited to Facilities Management; Property and Asset Managers; IT Manager(s) including major tenant representatives; Building Services Engineers & Maintenance personnel; Investors and Financial/Cost Managers; Tenant Administrators &/or Security Managers; General Public and Visitors; etc.
