Our remote reporting option has been a popular addition to our support packages. DVIS guarantee maximum system up-time especially when a remote support package is optioned providing real-time system status monitoring for all DVIS systems. The remote support server engages interrogative strategy extracting information from the recording system and receiving a periodic health confirmation message generated from the SMS or email service. The reporting package can predict potential system failure by monitoring critical system parameters. This information will be generated as an alarm and sent to incident management platform for further process.
